Private Sessions
Long Life Fitness offers six-hour private courses using principles of exercise physiology and yoga, to help those at specific levels with specific goals: learning the fundamentals of yoga; overcoming obstacles; or integrating the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Schedule at your convenience; at your home, online via Zoom, or at my home studio.
At your first session, we’ll assess where you are on your yoga journey. I’ll design a suitable, progressive, home practice for you. Subsequent sessions begin with a discussion of your weekly progress and end with an action plan for the week ahead. At each session, we’ll practice supplemental exercises for mobility and strength, yoga postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), and meditation techniques (yoga nidra). I’ll design a suitable, progressive, home practice for you. Of course, the more time you can commit to your home practice, the faster you will progress.
